We recently went on a four-month motorcycle expedition from Zurich, Switzerland to the steppes of Kazakhstan. It was an exercise in extreme resilience, cross-cultural navigation, and storytelling.
We traveled through Europe, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan, facing everything from 46°C heat in the Iranian desert to snowstorms at 4600m altitude in the Pamir Highway.
